Diabetes Education Classes

Managing diabetes can be challenging. The Utah Diabetes Center is a nationally accredited diabetes education program dedicated to helping patients understand and control their diabetes. (https://golfcartcenter.com/) We will work with you to give you the tools and ongoing support that you need to create a healthy lifestyle. Our program consists of a group class followed with a one on one appointment and quarterly follow up calls. On average, our patients reduce their HgA1C by 1.7%.
